In these days, some of VerSpec Valve’s customers send some inquiry to us,e-mail shows they face a very headache problem of their current metallic valves in a very short using life under such as high-abrasion, strong corrosive,high temperature and high pressure severe working conditions. To satisfy above mentioned conditions, VerSpec Technical Dept. research & developed the first generation VCB-1 series ceramic lined ball valve, this series valve in forged steel body and bonnet, full of ceramic material for all wet parts. Normally we use high pure (>99.0%) and super thin (<0.5μm) ceramic raw material. Also Verspec can provide Oxide series ceramic (like Al2O3, ZrO2); Nitride series ceramic (like Si3N4, BN) and Carbide series ceramic (like SiC). Now we mainly produce ceramic ball valve, ceramic double wedge gate valve, ceramic swing check valve, ceramic knife gate valve. And these ceramic series valve mainly used in electric power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, mining and sewage treatment industries etc.
