Structural characteristics of polyurethane knife gate valve
1. Full-bore. This valve is a full-bore valve. After opening, the valve plate is completely lifted to the inside of the valve cavity. The valve plate does not directly contact the medium directly, which avoids the valve plate from being washed by the medium and causing wear.
2. Two-way polyurethane seal. Zero leakage can be achieved.
3. Wear-resistant polyurethane inner lining. The inner lining is made of integrally cast polyurethane elastomer, which provides a long wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant life. In addition, for replaceable, integral polyurethane valve linings, we will provide technical guidance or go to the designated site for You replace.
4. The packing adopts integral moulded rubber body to make the upper seal realize zero leakage.
5. Valve plate. Wear-resistant stainless steel plate can be used for wear-resistant surface treatment. This valve plate can also be replaced. It saves the maintenance cost and maintenance time of the valve.
